Our mission is to improve the quality of human life for persons diagnosed with an intellectual disability and/or related conditions by treating them with the utmost dignity and respect, providing services and support that meet their needs, and allowing them to live in the least restrictive environment in order to maintain their independence.

Non-Discrimination Policy
Our HCS program and arrays of services are individualized to meet the needs of the consumer. All services are provided in strict adherence with state rules, regulations and principles. Enrollment and services are provided based on eligibility without regard to race, origin, age, sex, level of care or need.
